Jean brings to Simmons Grab & Associates, LLC 21 years of experience in forensic sales cost accounting as a sales cost accounting manager, responsible for cost analysis and compensation calculations for 75 sales personnel. Jean also brings two years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a generic start-up company as the senior marketing analyst. Currently with Simmons Grab & Associates, LLC, Jean is responsible for all aspects of office administration including, but not limited to, scheduling and rotating research assistants; assigning research projects; maintaining a resource data base; collecting and maintaining all medical records and files; and streamlining office processes and procedures to maximize optimal outcomes for accuracy and timely project submissions. Jean’s eye for detail ensures all cost calculations are scrutinized for accuracy and that every report flows seamlessly prior to submission.
